Apartment purchase search

2 bedroom apartments for sale in 6th, 7th or 8th arrondissement in Paris. 2 bedroom with loft also good. Preferably within walking 15-20 minute walking distance to Le Bon Marché or Luxembourg Gardens. I will not AirBnB the apartment regularly but would like to be able to rent to friends of friends. Elevator building. Some outdoor space/balcony preferable, but not necessary.
