Monitor the web for roles with titles such as: Founder's Associate, GTM Associate, Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Analyst, Associate Consultant, Associate Business Development, Client Service Associate, Client Specialist, and Operations Associate. Include positions that are remote, hybrid, or onsite. Focus on roles based in European countries, especially Luxembourg, Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, Malta, Sweden, Finland, and other EU countries that hire international candidates and offer easier work visa sponsorship. Prioritise companies hiring English-speaking candidates where English is the main working language, not the local language. Also include roles from Hong Kong and Singapore-based companies that are open to hiring international candidates and offering sponsorship or internship opportunities to global applicants. Focus on companies in industries such as: Finance, Fintech, Tech/IT, SaaS, HealthTech, Healthcare, Sales, Marketing, Consulting, Business, Real Estate, PropTech, and Product. Prioritise startups (including YC-backed, local startups, and stealth startups) with roughly 20–500 employees, but also include larger companies and fast-hiring local businesses when they are actively recruiting junior and global talent. Target roles that are internships, contract, or full-time for fresh graduates up to junior level (Master's degree friendly, 0–3 years of experience). Only include staffing/recruitment agencies that place candidates for free with no fees charged to job seekers.
