Track CLARITY Act passage probability

I want to track the probability that the CLARITY Act is going to pass and when. Scout mentions and news, monitor prediction markets, watch what politicians say each day. When something leads you to believe that the probability or timing changes substantially, or that passage is imminent within a few days, highlight that change. Provide at least one update a day, pointing out changes since the prior analysis.
