Find birthday activity

I need to find an activity to do for my brother-in-law‘s birthday for March 23 that kids ages 8 to 10 and my brother-in-law is 35. We need it to be around 6 PM and no more than 20 miles from Redwood City California. It should also be easy for seniors.
