how many groups in Canada have an STM with a dilution refrigerator that can reach millukelvin temperature. I need to know if there are groups with an STM that has a JT cooler that can reach 1.5 K(kelvin). I need to know if there are groups with a high magnetic field (5-10 T) and if there are groups with smaller field (3 T)
